Originally from Newport Beach, California, Patrick Cahill began a lifelong pursuit of ceramic art in high school and followed his passion to Sierra Nevada College and then to University of Nevada, Reno, where he majored in fine arts.

After finishing his studies, he became a ceramic art teaching assistant at Redwood College while operating a successful landscape design and installation business.

Patrick has studied ceramics with well known artists such as Carol Sparr, Rodney Mott, Don Ellis, Randy Bordnax and Carlton Ball. His ceramic art can be considered functional as well as decorative.
