I have been fortunate to have spent many years exploring the Sierra Nevada and over time I have expanded my range to include the Great Basin. Living in Reno I have enjoyed easy access to both areas

I am a graduate of the UNR school of medicine and over the last 18 years have practiced locally as an emergency room physician. As a photographer I am self-taught and constantly reading, studying, and practicing to refine my skills.
