Art Gallery Prism is Carson Valley’s premier art gallery. A contemporary space specializing in regional Sierra Nevada artists. Our goal is to provide visitors a fresh experience to a fine art exhibition gallery.

The Gallery schedule offers a new exhibition approximately every three months, showcasing established regional artists as well as premiering emerging artists. All displayed art is for sale.

The Sierra Nevada Region has many award-winning artists and Art Gallery Prism offers framed originals and prints of watercolor, acrylic, oil, mixed media, photography, in addition to museum quality hard-shell gourd art, jewelry and textile wearable art. Unframed art, archival pigment prints, and collectible note cards are also available.

Open House Artist’s Receptions will be held for each exhibition, usually Saturday afternoon. Please check the Events page for upcoming receptions.

Prism Photographics offers high-quality fine art reproduction and photo restoration. All work is printed on archival materials, including canvas and utilizes archival inks. Custom printing from photographic files is also available, including touch-up, file manipulation and image enhancement.

Mike has over 30 years of photography, offset printing and graphic design knowledge and experience. He has worked with many artists to achieve color balance of their work and strives to bring original artwork into the proper color gamut for pigment and offset printing, obtaining the highest degree of color accuracy possible.
